Dr. Jennifer Aiello Jesko, DDS — known to her patients simply as Dr. Jenna or Dr. Jesko — brings a decade of compassionate, patient-centered dentistry to Cedar Park Premier Dentistry. Her approach is rooted in one simple belief: that every patient deserves to feel informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
A Calling Rooted in Care
Dr. Jesko grew up in Mentor, Ohio, just east of Cleveland, where a chance conversation with her hometown dentist changed the course of her life. From a young age, she knew she wanted to work in healthcare — but it was shadowing that mentor in his dental office that revealed exactly where she belonged. That dentist became a lifelong influence, and his philosophy of treating every patient like family became the foundation of her own.
Education & Advanced Training
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology (with a Minor in Dance) from Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio, before going on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2016 — a school renowned for its rigorous clinical training and commitment to comprehensive care.
After dental school, Dr. Jesko completed a General Practice Residency at Faxton St. Luke’s Hospital in Utica, New York — an experience she counts among her proudest professional milestones. The residency immersed her in complex, high-acuity cases across a wide range of procedures, sharpening both her clinical precision and her ability to provide thoughtful, efficient care under pressure.
Her commitment to service began even earlier. As an undergraduate, Dr. Jesko traveled to the Dominican Republic on a week-long medical and dental mission trip, where she assisted an oral surgeon and multidisciplinary medical team in providing care to underserved communities. That experience was formative — a vivid reminder that access to dental care can be genuinely life-changing.
Professional Associations & Continued Education
Dr. Jesko is a proud member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Texas Dental Association (TDA), and the Capital Area Dental Society (CADS). She is a certified Invisalign provider and actively participates in a local Invisalign study group, staying current on the latest techniques and protocols in clear aligner therapy.
From Cleveland to Cedar Park
After graduating, Dr. Jesko had a rare and meaningful opportunity: she returned home to Cleveland to practice alongside the very mentor who inspired her career. Working as his associate, she absorbed over 40 years of his clinical wisdom and deepened her commitment to patient-centered, relationship-driven care.
When her husband’s career brought the family to the Austin area, Dr. Jesko found a natural home at Cedar Park Premier Dentistry — a practice that shares her values of clinical excellence, genuine connection, and treating patients like family. She and her family have fully embraced Cedar Park life, and she is proud to serve this community every day.
What Sets Dr. Jesko Apart
Turning reactive patients into thriving ones. Dr. Jesko’s proudest professional achievement isn’t a single procedure — it’s watching patients who once came in with recurring dental problems transform into confident, proactive partners in their own oral health. Through patient education, preventive care, and consistent follow-through, she helps people build lasting oral wellness rather than just managing the next crisis.
I’m most proud of helping patients shift from reactive to preventive care. When I see patients who used to come in with recurring issues now maintaining stable oral health through consistent hygiene and education, it feels like a real win. That long-term impact is what makes dentistry meaningful to me.

Technology that works for patients. Cedar Park Premier Dentistry is equipped with tools Dr. Jesko is genuinely proud to offer. iTero digital impressions eliminate the discomfort of traditional molds and let patients see a 3D model of their own teeth. CEREC same-day crowns mean no temporaries, no second appointments, and no unnecessary waiting. Digital X-rays deliver high-resolution diagnostic images with significantly reduced radiation — and the ability to show patients exactly what Dr. Jesko is seeing in real time.
A judgment-free, anxiety-aware environment. One of the most important things Dr. Jesko wants new patients to know: there is no judgment here. Whether a patient hasn’t seen a dentist in two years or twenty, her goal is simply to meet them where they are. For patients with dental anxiety, she takes a gentle, unhurried approach — explaining every step, offering comforts like weighted blankets, and always reminding patients that they are in control. The most common question she hears is “Is this going to hurt?” She always takes it seriously. Her approach is gentle, she checks in throughout every procedure, and she wants patients to know they’re always in control. “You can let me know at any time if you need a break.” Most patients are relieved to find it’s much easier than they anticipated.
Building trust through transparency. When patients ask “Do I really need this treatment?” — a question Dr. Jesko welcomes — she doesn’t just answer it. She walks them through what she’s seeing using digital X-rays and intraoral images, explains the clinical reasoning in plain language, and helps them feel confident and empowered in their decision. No pressure. No rush. Just honest, clear communication.
Life Outside the Office
Dr. Jesko is married and the proud (and busy!) mother of four young children. The family is rounded out by their black Labrador retriever — so yes, life at home is joyfully chaotic.
Outside of dentistry, you’ll find Dr. Jesko hiking with her kids, exploring Cedar Park’s parks and outdoor spaces, cooking and baking as a creative outlet, or cheering on the Texas Stars. She is also a dedicated volunteer youth sports coach — last fall she coached two soccer teams — finding deep reward in helping young athletes build confidence and camaraderie.
One quote that has always stuck with her: “Do small things with great love.” — Mother Teresa. It’s a philosophy she carries from the soccer field to the dental chair, believing that every small act of care — a gentle reassurance, a clear explanation, a warm welcome — can make a meaningful difference in someone’s day.
