“Office staff was friendly and upbeat. Emilie greeted and seated me right away, and answered all my billing/insurance questions with a smile. The dental hygienist was thorough and professional, putting me at ease by explaining each step of the process as she assessed my dental needs, obtained x-rays, and performed the cleaning. Dr. Williams was also very thorough and recommended that I replace a cracked filling and an ill-fitting crown. I will be returning next week to have that work done. I can’t say I look forward to having dental work, but I can say I am confident that Dr. Williams and his staff will make the process as painless and pleasant as dental work can possibly be!” -LS
